		<description>Well stated Stuart.  I always start my buyer interview with the M-A-N question.  Do they have the &quot;means&quot; to buy the business, the &quot;ability&quot; to run it, and the &quot;need&quot; to buy it.  If they don&#039;t pass this quick test then it&#039;s probably not a good idea to introduce them to the business.</description>
