Charles Graziani is a Business Broker specializing in the sale of staffing companies, medical stafing companies, and computer\telecommunication service providers.  However, his extensive corporate and business ownership experience have prepared him to represent broad array of business types.

Mr. Graziani is a successful Staffing entrepreneur who founded the Chicagoland based Lloyd Creative Staffing firm in 1981.  Lloyd  Creative grew to $16MM in revenue and was named to the INC 500 "Fastest Growing Corporations" in the United States in three different years. The firm was rated by Crains Chicago as one of the ten largest staffing firms on multiple occasions.  Staffing specialties included executive, marketing, sales, administrative, and Information Technology professionals and included both full time and contingency staffing. Mr. Graziani sold the firm in 1997 to join the Board of Directors of the $500MM acquiring firm, AHL Services, and was chartered with the task of acquiring other staffing firms and integrating them with Lloyd Chicago.

Prior to Lloyd Creative Staffing, Mr Graziani had extensive experience as a National Marketing Manager, Worldwide Training Manager, and Regional Sales Manager in the computer industry.
