arrangement where a established healthcare group can lease the property and the business license to
operate. This will allow a group to come in with limited capital and start building and
operating a Detox facility instead of starting from scratch. It currently, it takes at least 6 -
8 months to be approved for a DHCS license and you must have a facility in place
during that time.
