Before M&A, Art spent over a decade in high-end luxury hospitality, trained to Forbes Five-Star standards. That background shapes how he works today: he listens closely, anticipates needs, follows up fast, and treats the sale of your business with the same care he'd give a guest's most important night.

Art represents owners of essential, recession- and AI-resilient service businesses — restaurants, plumbing and HVAC companies, electricians, roofers, contractors, pest control, backflow testing, waste management, and accounting firms across Los Angeles. These are exactly the kinds of businesses private equity firms are actively looking to buy, and Art has built his practice around understanding what makes them attractive to those buyers.

Always easy to reach, very diligent with the financials, and stays close to the process from start to finish — because selling a business you've spent years building deserves that kind of attention.

Outside of work, Art is a Certified Whisky Specialist with a soft spot for Scotch single malts, enjoys a good cigar, and is always chasing down a new bottle from Santa Barbara wine country. He and his wife Anna spend their weekends discovering new restaurants and “hidden gems” around LA. Originally from Slovenia, he's fluent in English, Russian, Serbo-Croatian, and Slovenian.
