I am a Business Broker and M&A Advisor with over 20 years of experience in serving buyers and sellers primarily in the general Southern California area. I have sold a wide variety of businesses over the years and that has provided a strong foundation and broad knowledge base that serves me well to navigate my clients through the complex process of buying and selling a business of any kind and size. My transactions have covered the gamut from main street businesses such as hair salons, nail salons, pet stores and restaurants to franchise resales to more complex multi million dollar deals in the manufacturing arena, specifically chemical processing, metal fabrication and furniture.
I am well versed in the chemical processing and manufacturing realm due to fifteen years as VP of a company focused on personal care products and industrial cleaning chemicals for the hotel and restaurant industries. Also, as a longtime flying and aircraft enthusiast, I represent businesses that manufacture parts for aircraft and aerospace applications - an industry niche that is of special interest to me.
