Before becoming a business broker, he was a mergers and acquisitions attorney. He has worked on the sales of over 60 businesses with a value in excess of $2 Billion. As a result, he understands what it takes to sell a business better than most.
His sell side clients are mostly lower middle market businesses with annual revenues from $3M to $50M. His buy side clients are private equity groups and strategic buyers.
He has significant experience in professional services: law firms, accounting firms, and medical and dental practices.
Kresimir also has experience in food distribution and marketing, technology, and real estate.
He started and grew 3 businesses: 2 in healthcare, healthcare services and healthcare technology, and 1 in real estate.
He provides business valuations and pre-sale planning services.
Kresimir educates sellers about the sales process so that they don’t feel like the high school football quarterback going up against the NFL linebacker.
