Turhan Beriker brings more than 30 years of entrepreneurial and professional experience to the Bizex M&A Advisory Team.
Turhan who holds an undergraduate degree from Cornell University in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research and a Graduate degree in Engineering Management from Stanford University; has founded two companies and exited both, one to an NYSE listed corporation in the home building and renovation industries. As an entrepreneur and investor during the past 3 years of his career, has evaluated more than 50 companies of various sizes including startups.
Turhan’s area of specialty is manufacturing and distribution companies in numerous industries, such as automotive, aerospace, building & construction materials, furniture, and food with yearly sales up to 30 M USD.
Having sold two businesses, he has the experience of being ‘on both sides of the table ‘ and knows the intricacies of selling a business when it comes to preparing the reports, valuation of the business and negotiating all the way to a successful close.
